Cover letter or application letter is an official letter made by an individual addressed because it requires a job that is sent to an agency/company to find work. The letter provides the hiring manager with important information that describes your skills, passion, experience, and educational background.

2.Purpose

The purpose of this letter is to serve as a job application letter for the CV or resume sent to recruiter.This letter also serves as an additional documeng that clarifies what the applicant's experience and skills are like in a narrative way for the recruiter to understand better.

3.Structure

A job application letter consists of an opening, introduction and brief personal data, the intent and purpose of the letter is made, a list of file attachments, and a closing. Applicants must pay close attention to the brief personal data listed and the job position to be applied for.

4.How to write an Application letter?

-Research the company and job opening

-Use a professional format

-State the position you're applying for

-Explain why you're the best fit for the job

-Summarize your qualifications

-Mention why you want the job

-Include a professional closing.
